These terms govern your access to and use of SONGSBYR ("The Source"), owned and operated by AKPAN ITIAT LLC, registered in Wyoming, United States. By entering the Source, you agree to these terms.
Who may enter
You must be at least 13 years old to enter the Source. By contributing, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
Contribution and access
The Source is contribution-based. A contribution may be a payment for access or a donation that grants access to the full Source. Once a contribution crosses the threshold for access, it is final and non-refundable. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record.
Your use of the music and content
Access to the Source is personal. All music, films, visuals, writing, and other content remain the property of AKPAN ITIAT LLC. You may experience this content within the Source, but no redistribution is permitted; all rights belong to AKPAN ITIAT LLC. You may not copy, download for redistribution, resell, or publicly share the content without written permission.
For Sourcers
Artists who contribute work to the Source ("Sourcers") retain ownership of their work. Any publishing administration, master rights assignment for sync, or related arrangements are handled under separate written agreements signed between the Sourcer and AKPAN ITIAT LLC. These Terms of Use do not transfer any ownership of a Sourcer's work.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping access to your email and account secure, since login is by secure link. We may suspend or end access that violates these terms or the integrity of the Source.
Disclaimer and liability
The Source is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, AKPAN ITIAT LLC is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the Source.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
